山の寺 邑居 / Yu-kyo
邑居のくらし
邑の春、土のにおい、命の息吹、桜、ミヤマキリシマ、サツキ、
梅雨の紫陽花、それからそれから夏の百日紅、ブルーベリー!
うーん盛夏!木の緑、木陰、冷たい湧水、山からおちてくる涼しい風。
秋は、葉っぱ!だんだんと染づいてゆく!いろんな色·赤黄、だいだい色、きれい!
冬 静けさ、漂とした空気、透き通るようなスカイプルー。
私は、暖か薪ストープの燃えるそばがいい。薪の燃えて、爆ぜる音、そして煙の臭い。なんか落ち着く!邑居の一年ってこんな感じかな。
おいしいもの、多くさん!!
春、夏は、冷たい水に流したつるつるそうめん、寒ざらし、
秋、冬は、だご汁、鍋、温かそうめん、それに炭でいりつけたおいしい地鶏、あぶった黒毛和牛……。
あ一 ホントにここでよかった。水がいっぱい、自然がいっぱい、花がいっぱい。心が和むってこんなとこ?あんたも来んね。
Life in Yu-Kyo
Spring in village, the smell of the earth, the breath of life, cherry blossoms, Miyamakirishi, azalea, hydrangeas in the rainy season, and then crape myrtles and blueberries in summer!
Mmm, midsummer! The green of the trees, the shade, the cold spring water, the cool breeze coming down from the mountains.
In autumn, the leaves! Gradually changing colors! All sorts of colors, red yellow, orange, so pretty!Winter: Silence, the fresh air, the clear sky blue.
I like being near a warm wood stove. The sound of the wood burning and crackling, and the smell of smoke. It's so calming! I wonder if a year in Yu-Kyo is like this. There's so much delicious food!!
In spring and summer, there's smooth somen noodles rinsed in cold water and left to sit in the cold,
and in autumn and winter there's dumpling soup, hot pot, warm somen noodles, delicious local chicken roasted over charcoal, and grilled Japanese black beef....
Aichi I'm really glad I'm here. There's lots of water, lots of nature, lots of flowers. Is this the kind of place that soothes the soul? You should come too.
